Casigood Terms and Conditions in Brief

The consent box is ticked by default at sign-up, and an account cannot be created without it. The terms set clear rules on who may register and how many accounts one player may hold:

• Age: you must be 18 or over.
• One account: one account per person, IP address, device and phone number. Multiple accounts are blocked.
• Restricted countries: registration and play are not allowed for residents of the Netherlands, Ukraine, France, the USA, Georgia, Spain and Italy.
• Blocked access: the site cannot be opened at all from a longer list of countries, including Germany, Australia, Canada, Poland and Turkey. The United Kingdom is not on this list.

If you break these rules, for example by opening a second account, the account can be blocked. Keep in mind that your name, phone number and email cannot be edited in the profile later: changes go through support, so enter them accurately when you fill in your details.

Casigood applies KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures to every account. For players this means:

• each deposit has to be wagered three times (x3) before it can be withdrawn;
• deposits are accepted only from your own cards and accounts, never from third parties;
• for phone (SMS) payments, one phone number can be linked to one account only;
• identity checks are mandatory for withdrawals from $1,000.

Deposits are made in Cashbox, which is available after you log in: choose a method, enter the amount and follow the instructions on the payment page, checking any currency conversion shown. Visa, Mastercard and crypto are the main options, and the terms also mention e-wallets, phone payments and bank transfers for refunds. Before you request a payout, all of these conditions must be met: your email and phone are confirmed, each deposit has been wagered x3, the conditions of any active bonus are complete and you have made a deposit in the last 30 days.

Clause 29 sets the general rules for every promotion:

• a bonus must be activated before you make the deposit, otherwise it is not credited;
• bonus money goes to a shared balance together with your real money;
• winnings cannot be withdrawn while a bonus is active and not yet wagered;
• once wagering is complete, the bonus moves to your main balance;
• the maximum bonus amount is €1,000;
• the maximum bet on sport and eSports with bonus funds is €50.

Each offer also lists its own wagering, minimum deposit, lifetime and maximum bet. For example, the three welcome deposit bonuses carry x40 wagering and the sports bonus x35, each with 7 days to complete. The current welcome package and sports bonus are described on the Casigood promotions page.

A few technical rules are easy to miss:

• Inactivity fee: if an account has no activity for 180 days, €5 is charged each month.
• One tab: you may play in one browser tab only. Running the site in several tabs at once is not allowed.
• Official time: times on the site, including promotion and prize draw periods, follow UTC+3. That is two hours ahead of UK summer time (BST) and three hours ahead in winter (GMT).

Clause 5.4 states that by registering you confirm you are not part of any self-exclusion programme, such as GAMSTOP or a similar scheme. If you have excluded yourself through such a programme, you should not open a Casigood account.
