Casigood Registration, Login and Verification Process

There is no separate application to install. You sign up in the mobile version of the site using the same short form, laid out for a phone screen, and the account you create works everywhere you sign in.

1. Open the site on your phone: Open Casigood in Chrome or Safari and tap Registration in the top right corner.
2. Enter your email: Type the email address you want to link to the account.
3. Create a password: Set your password and tap the eye icon to check it before moving on.
4. Confirm your age and accept the terms: Leave the 18 and over checkbox ticked, then press Create account. Google, Telegram and X sign up work here too.
5. Confirm your contacts: Open your profile, confirm the email from the message you receive, then add your phone number and enter the code from the SMS.

The sign up form is short, but a few rules still apply, and getting them right at the start avoids problems later when you ask for a payout. Nothing beyond an email address and a password is collected at this stage; your name and address come up during verification, when documents have to match what you enter.

1. Age requirement
   You must be at least 18 years old. The site can run age checks at any time, and funds are confiscated where the rule was broken.
2. A working email address
   Register with an email you can open. It has to be confirmed from your profile before withdrawals become available.
3. A phone number you can access
   You will add and confirm a number with an SMS code after registration. Payouts stay locked until both email and phone are confirmed.
4. One account per person
   Only one active account is allowed. Duplicate accounts are closed, and this applies across household and payment details as well.
5. Documents ready for verification
   Have a passport, driving licence or national ID and a proof of address no older than six months available. Verification is mandatory from 1,000 USD and can be requested earlier.
6. Details you cannot change yourself
   Name, phone and email are locked in your profile once set. Only support can change them, so enter them carefully.

You can use Casigood login to reach your account, deposit, place bets and manage bonuses. Use the email and password you chose at registration, or the social account you signed up with.

1. Open the login form: Click Login in the top right corner of the site. The Authorisation window opens over the page.
2. Enter your email and password: Type the email address linked to your account and your password. The eye icon lets you check it before you submit.
3. Press Login: Confirm to sign in. If the password will not work, use the Restore link in the same window rather than retrying.
4. Or sign in through a social account: The Login with block underneath offers Google, Telegram and X. Use the same one you registered with, otherwise a new account is created.

After you register, you can claim a tiered welcome bonus for casino play or a separate offer for sports. Activate the one you want on the promotions page before you deposit, because it cannot be applied to a payment that has already gone through.

Welcome bonus structure

While wagering is open, each single bet is capped at EUR 2. Anything larger does not count towards the requirement.

The order of these steps is what decides whether the bonus lands. Activate first, deposit second.

1. Register and log in: Complete the sign up form on this site, then log in and confirm your email and phone in your profile.
2. Activate the offer you want: Open the promotions page and press the activation button on your chosen bonus. Nothing is credited to a deposit made before this step.
3. Deposit the qualifying amount: Go to the Cashier and pay at least EUR 20, EUR 100 or EUR 200 for the casino tiers, or EUR 40 for the sports bonus, using Visa, Mastercard or cryptocurrency.
4. Check the balance and start wagering: Confirm the payment, then open the bonus section to see the credited funds and how much wagering is left. Keep each bet at or under EUR 2 and finish within 7 days.

Most registration problems come down to data entry or a message that did not arrive. Nearly all of them clear up in a minute or two.

  Solution | Check for typing errors, then use the Restore link on the login form in case you registered before. If it still fails, write to [email protected].
• Problem | Confirmation email never arrives
  Solution | Check the spam folder first, since that is where it usually ends up, then request a new message from your profile.
• Problem | SMS code not received
  Solution | Confirm the number you entered, request a new code and check that messages from unknown senders are not blocked on your phone.
• Problem | Wrong email or phone entered at sign up
  Solution | You cannot change these yourself. Contact online chat or support by email and they will correct the field for you.
• Problem | Registration form will not submit
  Solution | Make sure the age checkbox is ticked and every field is filled, then clear your browser cache or try another browser.
• Problem | You already have an account
  Solution | Only one account per person is allowed. Recover the existing one rather than creating a second, which would be closed anyway.

If you forget your password, you can reset it from the login window in a few steps. Keep your registered email address to hand, since that is where the instructions are sent.

1. Open the login window
   Click Login in the top right corner of the site.
2. Press Restore
   Use the Restore link next to the password field to switch to the recovery form.
3. Enter your registered email
   Type the email address linked to your account so the site can find your profile.
4. Follow the link from the message
   Open the email you receive and follow the instructions inside. Check the spam folder if nothing arrives within a few minutes.
5. Set a new password and sign in
   Choose a new password that is unique to this account, then log in with it to confirm the change.

If you signed up through Google, Telegram or X, there is no password to reset. Use the same social button on the login window instead.

You may want to close the account for a break from gambling or simply because you no longer use the site. Closure goes through support, and it is worth dealing with your balance first.

1. Withdraw what is left
   Open the Cashier and request a payout of any real money balance. The usual rules apply: confirmed contacts, three times turnover of your last deposit and completed verification.
2. Check open bets and bonuses
   Review anything still running. Closing the account cancels active bonuses and the winnings attached to them.
3. Contact support
   Ask for closure through online chat or at [email protected]. They will confirm your identity before acting on the request.
4. Or ask for self exclusion instead
   If the reason is a break rather than a permanent exit, request a self exclusion period. A manager calls you first, and the account is blocked after that call.

Bear in mind that an account left dormant is charged EUR 5 a month for administration after 180 days without a login, so closing it properly is worth doing rather than simply walking away.
