Casigood Rules and Regulations in United Kingdom

These terms and conditions set out the rules governing your use of the official Casigood website and mobile site. The current version has been in force since 1 January 2017, and by registering, holding an account or placing a bet you agree that it applies to you.

The full document on the operator site runs to more than twenty sections, covering the opening of an account, duplicate accounts, identity confirmation, login security, deposits and withdrawals, game and betting rules, prohibited actions, account cancellation, system errors, liability, personal data, cookies and complaints. A separate regulation covers sports betting. The summary below sets out the parts that matter most in daily use.

General Terms

1. Scope and acceptance of the general terms

1.1 These general terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all betting and gaming services offered under the Casigood brand. The current version has applied since 1 January 2017.

1.2 By creating an account, ticking the acceptance box in the registration window or continuing to use the services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, the privacy policy, the sports betting regulations, the bonus rules and any other policy referenced here.

1.3 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the services.

2. Eligibility and user requirements

2.1 You may only use the services if all of the following apply:

  • You are at least 18 years old. Age checks can be carried out at any time, including selectively after registration.
  • You are legally allowed to take part in online gambling under the laws of the country where you are located. Online gambling is prohibited in a number of jurisdictions, and responsibility for the legality of your play rests with you rather than with the operator.
  • You are acting on your own behalf and not for any other person or organisation.
  • You are not on any self exclusion or internal exclusion list.

2.2 You confirm that all information provided during registration and afterwards is accurate, complete and up to date. Name, telephone number and email address are locked in your profile once set and can only be changed by customer support.

2.3 You must not:

  • Open or hold more than one account. Duplicate accounts are closed when identified.
  • Use the services for commercial or professional betting activity.
  • Allow any third party to access or use your account.

2.4 Where the age requirement or another eligibility rule has been breached, the operator may close the account and confiscate funds held in it.

3. Changes to these Terms and the services

3.1 Casigood may amend these Terms to comply with legal or regulatory requirements, to address security or integrity issues, or to reflect changes to the services.

3.2 Where changes are material, you will be notified in advance where practicable, for example by email or on site message. Continued use of your account after the effective date will be treated as acceptance of the updated Terms.

3.3 Casigood may suspend, restrict or discontinue any service, market, event or feature where required for legal, regulatory, security, technical or integrity reasons, and may do so without prior notice.

4. Proper use of the platform

4.1 You agree to use the platform only for lawful betting and gaming purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 You must not:

  • Engage in fraudulent activity, collusion, use of bots or any form of unfair advantage play.
  • Manipulate odds, markets, bonuses or any promotion.
  • Interfere with, damage or disrupt the website, mobile site, software, security systems or related networks.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, data or service.

4.3 Casigood may suspend or close your account, cancel bets and void bonuses where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, abuse of the services or any illegal or improper activity.

5. Dormant accounts

5.1 An account with no login for 180 consecutive days is treated as dormant.

5.2 A dormant account is charged an administration fee of EUR 5 per month, deducted from the remaining balance until the account is used again or the balance reaches zero.

5.3 Logging in resumes normal operation of the account and stops further charges.

6. Intellectual property and content protection

6.1 All intellectual property rights in the site, software, trading data, odds, graphics, text, logos, audio, video and other content made available under the Casigood brand remain the property of Casigood or its licensors.

6.2 You may use the site and services solely for personal, non commercial betting and gaming. You must not reproduce, distribute, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise use any part of the content or software except as strictly required to use the services.

6.3 Any unauthorised use of content or data may result in legal action and immediate closure of your account.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • Any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

7.2 Subject to paragraph 7.1, Casigood is not liable for:

  • Losses arising from your failure to keep login details secure.
  • Losses due to technical failures, interruptions, delays, viruses or denial of service attacks, where reasonable safeguards were in place.
  • Errors in the input of bets by you, including errors in stake, selection, event, market or odds.
  • Data displayed with a delay, since results and live information can lag behind the event itself.
  • Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential losses.

7.3 The maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or related series of incidents will not exceed the higher of:

  • The amount of the relevant bet or stake; and
  • The total amount of deposits made by you to your account in the three months preceding the incident.

7.4 You are responsible for any tax, duty or levy payable on any winnings under the laws of your jurisdiction.

8. Complaints

8.1 Complaints should be raised first with customer support, through online chat or at [email protected], with the account name, dates and amounts involved.

8.2 The records held by Casigood are the primary evidence of any transaction, bet or bonus in the event of a dispute.

General Betting Rules

1. Eligibility to place bets

1.1 You may place bets only after successful registration and confirmation that you meet all eligibility criteria in the General Terms. Bets may only be placed from 18 years old.

1.2 Bets may be placed only through the official website or mobile site while you are logged into your personal account.

1.3 Bets must not be placed by persons acting on behalf of another party or as part of a betting syndicate, or by anyone who is self excluded.

2. Acceptance and validation of bets

2.1 A bet is accepted only when it appears in your betting history with a unique reference number.

2.2 Screens displaying markets, odds or event information are for reference only, and data can be shown with a delay. A bet is binding only once accepted by the system, and you place live bets at your own risk.

2.3 Casigood reserves the right to refuse, limit or restrict any bet, to suspend betting on any event or market, and to void any bet where there is a palpable error, an integrity concern or a breach of these Terms.

2.4 If there is a dispute about a bet, the records held by Casigood are the primary evidence of its terms and outcome.

3. Bet types and markets

3.1 Available bet types include single bets, accumulators and system bets, placed either before the event in Line mode or during it in Live mode.

3.2 Market types and their settlement rules are published per sport. The sports regulation covers football, cricket, basketball and 3×3 basketball, boxing, American football, Australian rules football, athletics, badminton, baseball, beach volleyball, bowls and further disciplines, each with its own section.

3.3 The minimum and maximum stake for a bet is displayed in the bet slip or market rules. Casigood may set individual staking limits on an account for risk management, responsible gambling or regulatory reasons.

4. Odds, settlement and payouts

4.1 Odds are subject to change at any time before your bet is accepted. If you choose to accept odds changes, the bet is placed at the most recent odds at the time of acceptance.

4.2 Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body and the specific market rules published on the site.

4.3 If an event is postponed, abandoned or not completed, settlement follows the relevant sport rules. Bets may stand and be settled once the event is completed within a defined period, or be voided with stakes returned.

4.4 In the case of palpable errors in odds, event details or markets, bets may be settled at the correct odds or voided.

4.5 Winnings are calculated by multiplying the stake by the confirmed odds, taking into account any each way or special market terms. For accumulators, all selections must win unless the market rules provide otherwise; a void selection normally leaves the bet standing on the remainder at adjusted odds.

5. Cash out and Rule 4 deductions

5.1 A cash out function may be offered on selected bets, letting you settle early at the value shown at that moment. The offer is not guaranteed and can be withdrawn while the event is in play.

5.2 Rule 4 deductions apply where a participant is withdrawn after a market has opened. Returns on affected bets are reduced in line with the published deduction scale.

6. Betting restrictions and cancellation

6.1 Casigood may restrict the number of bets or stake amounts per event, market or account, limit certain sports or markets where integrity risks are higher, and restrict accounts showing suspicious betting patterns.

6.2 After a bet is accepted you may not cancel or amend it, except where cash out is available and you accept the offered value.

6.3 Casigood may void a bet placed while an account was self excluded or suspended, where there is evidence of match fixing or market manipulation, or where the bet was placed or settled in error.

6.4 Where only part of a bet is affected, the affected part may be treated as void and the remainder settled normally.

6.5 Bonus funds used to place bets are subject to separate wagering requirements and bonus terms.

Payment Rules

1. General funding and withdrawal principles

1.1 All deposits and withdrawals must be made through the payment methods available in the Cashier section of your account.

1.2 You may only use payment instruments registered in your own name. More than one method may be kept on the account.

1.3 Funds held in your account are for placing bets and withdrawing winnings in line with these rules.

1.4 Casigood does not offer credit. Bets may only be placed if you have sufficient available funds.

2. Deposit methods and bonuses

2.1 Available deposit methods are Visa, Mastercard and cryptocurrency, with Bitcoin and ten further coins supported.

2.2 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts depend on the method and are shown in the Cashier before you confirm. Currency conversion, where it applies, is carried out by your bank or wallet at their own rate.

2.3 A bonus must be activated on the promotions page before the deposit is made. An offer switched on after payment cannot be applied to it retroactively.

2.4 Deposits are credited once the payment provider or the blockchain confirms the transaction.

3. Withdrawal conditions

3.1 Before a withdrawal request can be submitted you must:

  • Confirm the email address and telephone number on your account.
  • Turn over the amount of your last deposit three times. A deposit of EUR 10 requires EUR 30 of stakes.
  • Complete the wagering conditions of any bonus you activated.
  • Where bonus funds were used, have made the deposit within the previous 30 days.
  • Pass identity verification and check that the payment details in the request are correct.

3.2 Only one withdrawal request may be open at a time. The status of a request is shown under Cashier, Withdrawal history.

3.3 Requests are reviewed within 24 to 36 hours. Uploading documents in advance shortens this. After approval, the time to reach you depends on your bank or the blockchain.

3.4 The following limits apply:

  • 2,000 USD or EUR, or 150,000 RUB, per day.
  • 10,000 USD or EUR, or 700,000 RUB, per week.
  • 40,000 USD or EUR, or 3,000,000 RUB, per month. This is also the maximum monthly payout.

3.5 Funds withdrawn without being staked may be subject to a charge of 20%.

3.6 Card scheme rules do not permit refunds to a Mastercard credit card. Where a payout would go there, an alternative method is used instead.

3.7 Casigood may split a withdrawal into several payments, or request an alternative method, where technical, security or legal constraints require it.

4. Security checks, KYC and AML requirements

4.1 Verification is mandatory for withdrawal requests from 1,000 USD and may be requested in other cases. Documents that may be asked for include:

  • Proof of identity: a passport, driving licence or national ID card. A residence permit is accepted in place of a passport.
  • Proof of address: a bank statement, utility bill or similar document no older than six months.
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method: for Visa and Mastercard, a photograph of the card with the middle digits masked; for Revolut, the Card Confirmation statement.
  • Evidence regarding the source of funds or source of wealth.

4.2 The details on your documents must match those held on your account. Where they differ, only customer support can correct the account fields.

4.3 Pending completion of these checks, Casigood may suspend deposits, withdrawals and the ability to place bets, and may freeze funds until verification is complete.

4.4 Failure to provide accurate and genuine documents may result in account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities where required by law.

5. Transaction restrictions and cancellations

5.1 Casigood may refuse or delay a transaction where legal or regulatory requirements demand further checks, where fraud or money laundering is suspected, or where the payment method is linked to a different name from your registered details.

5.2 A pending withdrawal may be cancelled from your account tools where this is technically possible. Once processed, a withdrawal cannot be reversed.

5.3 If a deposit is charged back, reversed or disputed, Casigood may deduct the amount from your balance, void bets funded from that transaction and recover outstanding amounts from future deposits.

Responsible Gambling

1. Commitment to safe betting

1.1 Casigood is committed to providing betting services in a way that promotes safe and responsible gambling and supports users at risk of gambling related harm.

1.2 You should use the site for entertainment and not as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties.

2. Taking a break from play

2.1 Self exclusion is arranged through customer support rather than from a switch in your profile. Contact online chat or write to [email protected].

2.2 A manager will call you to confirm the request before the account is blocked, and it stays blocked for the period agreed.

2.3 You must not attempt to open a new account while a self exclusion period is running. Accounts opened in breach of this are closed.

2.4 Support can also advise on other measures available on your account.

3. Identifying problematic betting

3.1 You should monitor your behaviour and consider whether any of the following apply:

  • You bet more than you can afford to lose.
  • You chase losses or increase stakes to recover previous ones.
  • You hide gambling activity from family or friends.
  • You use funds intended for bills or other essential expenses.

3.2 If you recognise any of these signs, stop using the services and seek professional support. Support organisations offer short self assessment questionnaires free of charge.

4. Age restrictions

4.1 Registration and betting are permitted only from 18 years old, and age checks may be carried out at any time.

4.2 Where the age requirement has been breached, the account is closed and funds held in it may be confiscated.

4.3 Filtering software such as Net Nanny or GamBlock is recommended where minors have access to your devices.

5. Support and external organisations

5.1 Users in the United Kingdom can access confidential advice and support from independent organisations, including:

  • BeGambleAware: information, tools and support for managing gambling behaviour.
  • GamCare: helpline, live chat and counselling for people affected by gambling problems.
  • Gamblers Anonymous: peer support meetings for people seeking help to stop gambling.
  • Gambling Therapy: free online support and moderated forums.
  • Gordon Moody: residential treatment and online programmes for severe gambling addiction.

5.2 Contact details are collected on the responsible gaming page.

5.3 On request through customer support, Casigood can provide information about your betting history to help you and any support service assess your level of risk.

Anti-Money Laundering

1. Legal obligations

1.1 Casigood is subject to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing laws and regulations in the United Kingdom.

1.2 These laws require customer due diligence, ongoing monitoring of transactions and reporting of suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.

2. Customer identification and verification (KYC)

2.1 During registration or at any later time, Casigood may verify your identity and other details through:

  • Electronic databases and credit reference agencies.
  • Requests for documentation such as identity documents and proof of address.

2.2 Enhanced due diligence may be applied when risk factors are identified, such as:

  • Large or unusual transaction patterns.
  • Use of high-risk payment methods.
  • Inconsistencies between provided information and transactional behaviour.

2.3 If you do not cooperate with verification processes, Casigood may restrict your account and stop you placing bets or making withdrawals.

3. Transaction monitoring and suspicious activity

3.1 Casigood monitors account activity and transactions to identify patterns that may indicate money laundering, terrorist financing or other unlawful activity.

3.2 Examples of behaviour that may trigger further review include:

  • Frequent deposits and withdrawals without betting activity.
  • Attempts to use multiple accounts or identities.
  • Use of third-party payment methods.

3.3 Where required by law, Casigood may file suspicious activity reports and is not permitted to inform you of any such filing.

4. Consequences of policy breaches

4.1 If Casigood has reasonable grounds to believe that an account is used for unlawful purposes, it may:

  • Suspend or close the account immediately.
  • Freeze some or all funds while investigations are ongoing.
  • Void bets placed from suspected illicit funds.
  • Report the matter to law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

4.2 Funds may be seized or forfeited where required by law or by order of a competent authority.

4.3 Casigood may refuse to open a new account or to allow you to use its services in future where serious AML concerns have been identified.
