Open the login window
Click Login in the top right corner of the site. The window titled Authorisation opens over the page.
You can reach your account from the Casigood official website or from the mobile version of the site. Press Login in the top right corner, and the Authorisation window asks for the email address and password you chose at registration. If you signed up through Google, Telegram or X, the same buttons sit underneath the form.
The process takes seconds. Once you are in, you can place sports bets, play casino games, activate bonuses, join prize draws and review your transactions on any device, since one account covers them all.
There are two ways into your account, and both work identically on desktop and mobile.
The standard route is your registered email address and password, typed into the Authorisation window. The alternative is the Login with block in the same window, which offers Google, Telegram and X. Use whichever one you signed up with: a different provider creates a separate account rather than opening your existing one.
Your browser can remember the details on a personal device, which saves typing them each time. Avoid that on a shared or public computer.
Email login is the standard route and works on both the official website and the mobile version of the site. You only need your registered email address and your password.
Click Login in the top right corner of the site. The window titled Authorisation opens over the page.
Type the email address you used at registration into the email field.
Type your password, using the eye icon on the right of the field to check it before submitting.
Confirm to load your profile, balance and bet history. Forgotten the password? Use the Restore link in the same window.
There is no application to install. You sign in through the mobile version of the site in Chrome or Safari, and the form is the same one you see on desktop, laid out for a smaller screen.
Most sign in problems are small and fix themselves in a minute. The table below covers the ones that come up most often.
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| Incorrect email or password message | Check for typing errors, caps lock and trailing spaces, and use the eye icon to see what you actually typed. If it still fails, press Restore in the same window rather than retrying. |
| The recovery email does not arrive | Look in the spam folder first, since that is where it usually lands. Confirm you entered the address you registered with, then request the message again. |
| Social login opens an empty account | Signing in with a different provider creates a separate profile. Log out and use the same one you registered with, then contact support if two accounts already exist. |
| Login page not loading | Check your connection and refresh. Clear the browser cache for the site, or try another browser or device if the problem continues. |
| Signed in on a shared device by mistake | Log out from the account menu at once and avoid saving login details there. Change your password if you think someone may have seen it. |
| You cannot remember which email you used | Write to [email protected] or open online chat. Support can locate the account, but they will confirm your identity first. |
If you forget your password, you can reset it from the login window itself. All you need is access to the email address you registered with.
Open the Authorisation window and click the Restore link next to the password field.
Type the email address linked to your account so the site can find your profile.
Check your inbox, and the spam folder if nothing appears, then follow the instructions in the email you receive.
Choose a password that is unique to this account and confirm it on the form.
Return to the login window and sign in with the new password to check the change worked.
Press Login in the top right corner, enter the email and password you signed up with and confirm. If you registered through a social account, use the same button instead.
Google, Telegram and X. They appear in the Login with block underneath the form, and you should use the same one you registered with.
Press Restore in the login window and enter your registered email. You will receive a message with instructions for setting a new password.
Yes, your browser can remember the details on a personal device. Avoid it on a shared or public computer.
Not from your profile. Email, phone and name are locked, so ask online chat or [email protected] to change them after an identity check.
Change the password straight away, review your recent transactions and contact support so they can check the account and secure it from their side.
